This policy explains how GoodWork, LLC, trading as Good Work Yay ("we," "our," or "us"), handles information on this website, goodworkyay.com.

1. Information this website collects

This is a static marketing website. It has no accounts, no login, no comment system, and no advertising trackers. We do not use cookies to profile you across sites.

• Server logs — our hosting provider records standard technical information for each request, such as IP address, browser user-agent, requested page, and timestamp. This is used to serve the site securely and diagnose faults.
• Aggregate traffic data — we may review anonymized, aggregated counts of page views to understand which pages are useful. This does not identify individual visitors.

2. Information you send us

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to put in the message. We use it only to reply to you and to keep a record of the correspondence. We do not add you to a marketing list.

3. How we use information

• To operate, secure, and troubleshoot this website.
• To respond to enquiries and support requests you send us.
• To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used.

We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

4. Service providers

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, and email is handled by our mail provider. These providers process data on our behalf, only to deliver their service to us, and are required to keep it confidential.

5. Retention

Server logs are retained for a short period by our hosting provider in line with their standard practice. Email correspondence is retained for as long as needed to handle your request and keep a reasonable business record.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete personal data we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@goodworkyay.com. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Children

This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

8. International visitors

We operate from the United States. If you access this site from elsewhere, your information may be processed in the United States, where data protection law may differ from the law in your country.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
