These terms govern your use of goodworkyay.com (the "Site"), operated by GoodWork, LLC, trading as Good Work Yay ("we," "our," or "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

You may view and use the Site for your own personal or business information. You agree not to misuse it — for example by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping it at a volume that degrades service for others, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

2. Our apps are governed separately

Software we distribute through app stores is licensed under the terms presented with that app and the terms of the relevant app store, not under these Site terms. Where the two conflict, the app’s own terms govern your use of the app.

3. Intellectual property

The Site’s content — text, design, graphics, logos, and the names "Good Work Yay" and "ScriptDrill" — is owned by GoodWork, LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from it without our written permission, except as permitted by law (for example, brief quotation with attribution).

4. No warranty

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that information on it is complete or current.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoodWork, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, in which case they apply to the fullest extent permitted.

6. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites, including app stores. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, products, or privacy practices. Following an external link is at your own risk.

7. Changes

We may update the Site or these terms at any time. Material changes to the terms will be reflected in the "last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which GoodWork, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
